On July 26, 2005, the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China issued "QB/T 1995-2005 Industry Standard for Industrial Gelatin Light Industry" to replace "QB/T1995-1994 Industry Standard for Industrial Gelatin Light Industry". The requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, and storage of industrial gelatin have been implemented since January 1, 2006, and are still being implemented.
